If you've been running your operation on Limo Anywhere for the last five, ten, fifteen years, you already know the shape of the frustration. The reservation flow works, mostly. Dispatch works, mostly. The invoicing works, mostly. But everything looks and feels like it was built in 2011 — because a lot of it was. And every time you want to change something meaningful, you're either paying for a custom integration or waiting on a roadmap slot behind a thousand other operators.
2026 is the year the alternatives finally caught up. Not one alternative — several, each with a very different theory of what a modern limo/party-bus/charter operator actually needs. This post is a working operator's take on the five options I'd seriously evaluate today, and the shape of operator each one fits.
I run seven transportation brands on my own stack, so my bias is transparent: I chose to build rather than license. But I've done real diligence on every product below, and I'll tell you where each one wins.
The five real choices in 2026
Depending on how you count (and how loose you are with what counts as "reservation software"), there are anywhere from 12 to 30 products chasing this market. But for an operator with 5–200 vehicles who actually wants a shot at running the business without duct-tape, the shortlist is short:
- Limo Anywhere — the incumbent
- BookItRides — the new entrant (14 months old, launched July 2025)
- Ground Alliance — the affiliate-network play
- Book Rides Online — the checkout-widget specialist
- Stretch LLC — the full-ops-in-a-box play (that's us)
Everyone else is either a Limo Anywhere clone with a different color scheme, an unmaintained WordPress plugin, or a general-purpose CRM some limo consultant tried to sell you for $12,000. Skip them.
Head-to-head: what each product actually is
1. Limo Anywhere
The 800-pound gorilla. Reservation, dispatch, invoicing, affiliate network. Real feature depth on the operational side — every corner case a limo op has hit in twenty years is somewhere in the software. If you have complex dispatch logic (multi-leg trips, driver splits, affiliate handoffs across ten cities), Limo Anywhere handles it.
Where it wins: mature dispatch logic, largest affiliate network, everyone in the industry knows it. If you already have three years of trip data in it, migration cost is real.
Where it hurts: UI feels a decade old. Custom development is slow and expensive. Modern integrations (Stripe Terminal, embeddable widgets, chat-first customer flows, LLM-assisted quoting) are either missing or clunky. The affiliate network can start to feel like a tax rather than a benefit as your direct-booking share grows.
2. BookItRides
Launched July 24, 2025 by Moses Koktsidis — a 25-year limo operator who runs Second Nature Limousine in Northwest Indiana. Positions itself as the "online-booking-first" alternative to Limo Anywhere. Three tiers: $149.99 / $199.99 / $299.99 per month. 14-day free trial. White-glove setup.
Where it wins: transparent pricing (Limo Anywhere is opaque), a clean modern checkout widget, real content marketing (YouTube demos, pricing pages, comparison content), and it's built by an actual operator who dogfoods it on his own limo op. That's the right instinct for this category.
Where it hurts: 14 months old at time of writing. One operator's dogfooding is not the same as production maturity across dozens of brands. No dispatch component — this is reservation and checkout, not a full ops stack. If your bottleneck isn't "getting the booking" but "handling the trip once it's booked," BookItRides doesn't move the needle.
3. Ground Alliance
Affiliate-network-first. Think of it as a distribution channel with a booking engine bolted on, rather than a booking engine with distribution bolted on. Popular with operators who work heavily with corporate travel departments and TMCs.
Where it wins: if 40%+ of your revenue is affiliate work, the network economics beat anything else. Real API for booking exchange.
Where it hurts: the direct-consumer side is thinner. Your own-branded booking flow doesn't feel like a first-class product. If you're trying to grow your direct-booked share, the incentives don't align with yours.
4. Book Rides Online
The lightweight checkout-widget option. Focuses hard on the one job that a lot of operators actually need: a fast, embeddable quote-to-payment flow for their existing website. Doesn't try to replace your CRM or dispatch — plays nicely alongside them.
Where it wins: cheap, fast to install, doesn't force you to migrate anything. Good if your existing back-office works and you just need the front door to look better.
Where it hurts: not a system of record. If you want a single source of truth for leads, quotes, trips and vendor payouts, you'll be bolting three products together.
5. Stretch LLC
Our stack. The theory: the reservation is the easy 15% of the problem. The hard 85% is everything downstream — CRM, dispatch, vendor management, payouts, SEO, brand sites at scale, and a 24/7 human desk that answers the phone as your brand while you drive. So we built all of that, ran it on seven of our own brands for years, and now license it.
Where it wins: full ops stack (not just booking). Real 24/7 human dispatch as an option (nobody else in this list offers that). Multi-brand white-label — proven at seven brands across passenger and freight. Battle-tested at 528,000+ pages, 40,000 cities, 1,200+ reviews averaging 4.7 stars.
Where it hurts: we're not the cheapest. If your only pain is "the checkout on my site is ugly," you can solve that with a $149/month widget from someone else. Come to us when the ops behind the widget is the thing that's breaking.

Which one should you actually pick?
Depends on which sentence describes you:
"My reservation flow is ugly and I lose bookings because of it." Book Rides Online or BookItRides. Cheapest fix. Don't over-invest before you have the checkout right.
"I do heavy affiliate work with TMCs and corporate travel." Ground Alliance. The network economics beat the alternatives if this is your channel mix.
"I've been on Limo Anywhere for years, it's slow but I can't move because everything's in it." Migration is easier than you think — every serious alternative on this list will do it for you. Pick based on what you want the next ten years to look like, not what makes the next thirty days easiest.
"I want to scale from 1 brand to 3-7 brands, and the ops behind the booking is what breaks." That's us. Stretch LLC. The whole reason we exist is that we hit the ceiling too and there was nothing to buy — so we built it, ran it for years, and eventually productized it.
"I want to sleep through the night while my phone still gets answered." Again, us — this is what the 24/7 human dispatch tier is for. Nobody else in this list offers a real person answering as your brand.
The right question isn't "which reservation software is best?" It's "what's the actual thing that's stopping me from scaling?" Half the time the answer isn't software at all.
What to watch out for regardless of what you pick
- Data portability. Ask before you sign. If canceling means losing three years of customer history, you're not a customer — you're a hostage. We export everything as CSV + SQL on 30 days notice. Ask every vendor on this list to commit to the same.
- Payment processor lock-in. Some products only work with one processor. Some take a percentage of every transaction. Read the payment terms as carefully as the SaaS terms.
- Custom development pricing. Every "yes we can do that" has an invoice attached. Get the hourly rate and typical scope in writing before signing.
- Actual uptime. Ask for a status page URL. If they don't have one, that's the answer.
- Who answers the phone at 2 AM on a Saturday when your dispatch is broken. This is the real test. Ask.
The honest closing line
Every product on this list solves a real problem for a real operator. There's no universally-best choice — there's a best choice for the shape of business you are running, and the shape of business you want to be running three years from now.
If the shape you're picturing looks like "one operator, tighter margins, better checkout" — pick BookItRides or Book Rides Online and be happy.
If it looks like "three brands, then five, then ten, without me answering another 2 AM phone call" — come talk to us. We'll show you the actual stack running our seven brands, live, in 30 minutes. No slide deck.
