Seven brands, one stack.
The proof is in production.

Stretch LLC isn’t a demo. It runs seven live transportation brands right now — party buses, charter buses, limos, church transport, freight. Below is the receipt on every one of them: what they were before, what we shipped, and the numbers the site is putting up today.

Unlimited Charters

Party buses · charter buses · limos · nationwide

Challenge

Ken had spent 10+ years building America’s widest passenger-transport footprint on WordPress, but the site had grown into 528K spun long-tail city pages living on a bloated LAMP stack. TTFB was slow, LCP was worse, and the CRM was a fork of SuiteCRM held together with plaster. Every prom season the stack sagged.

Solution

We rebuilt the operating stack from the studs. In-house CRM (React + PDO), custom quote engine, vendor portal with Fortis vault checkout, 24/7 human dispatch desk, and a Hugo-based static site pipeline (static-v5) that renders the entire 528K-page corpus in a nightly build.

Results

All 528,315 legacy pages migrated to a modern V2 template on Hugo. Roughly 167K of them stay indexed at any given moment, driving long-tail bookings from small towns Uber can’t serve. 4.7★ average across 1,200+ reviews. UC remains the primary revenue engine for the entire holding company.

“Party buses are the cash cow, but we index transportation service for over 40,000 US cities — deepest local footprint of any operator we know of.”

StretchXL Freight

DOT-authorized carrier · expedite / power-only / dedicated

Challenge

Passenger transport tech doesn’t translate to freight. Different regulator (FMCSA), different customer (shipper & broker), different everything — HOS rules, ELD data, insurance schedules, carrier scorecards, RFP responses. Nothing off-the-shelf could handle both sides.

Solution

We forked the Stretch stack into a freight-specific vertical: separate dispatch queue, separate CRM data model for shippers and carriers, insurance / DOT records module, a shipper-facing quote engine, and a 5-part carrier rating system (0-100 → A-F). Same infra, freight-native logic.

Results

9,306 lane pages currently rank for corridor searches. 32 tier-1 lanes built out with hand-tuned content. Shipper outreach engine with strict per-template dedupe drops shippers straight into the pipeline. StretchXL is the only Stretch brand that hauls cargo instead of people — and the only one touching FMCSA compliance surface.

“Now we’re selling access. Same infra we run the passenger side on, freight-native from lane page to carrier score.”

Baltimore Trips

Maryland · DMV corridor · sports + events + weddings

Challenge

UC serves Baltimore as one of 40K cities, but a local shopper types “Baltimore party bus” and wants a Baltimore-branded operator, not a nationwide one. Losing regional trust to hyperlocal competitors was leaving Preakness weekend and Ravens-tailgate money on the table.

Solution

Spun up a full sister brand with Maryland flag palette and industrial typography, on the same Stretch stack. Leads captured on baltimoretrips.com attribute back to a dedicated CRM lane in jflbbhmy_uc_crm.leads with `website=baltim`. County-by-service hub grid (36 counties × 7 services = 252 hubs) built with hub-generator.py.

Results

566 pages live, 240 more in the axis. Full local-brand feel with UC’s dispatch, quote engine, and vendor pool underneath. Targets Preakness weekend, Ravens tailgates, Naval Academy events, waterfront weddings, Eastern Shore beach trips. Attribution flows cleanly back to the UC ledger.

“Baltimore’s own geography, zero UC contamination, and the entire back office is still Stretch. A new region in days, not months.”

District Charters

Washington DC · Maryland · Virginia · government + diplomatic

Challenge

DC-metro is a neighborhood-by-service game: Georgetown weddings, Dupont airport transfers, Foggy Bottom conference shuttles, prom-night limos in Bethesda — each with its own search demand. Manually authoring hyperlocal pages for that grid would have taken a year.

Solution

Ran the Stretch neighborhood × service page generator against DC-metro geography. Same static-v5 Hugo pipeline that renders UC, tuned for DC-specific verticals (government runs, embassy/diplomatic transport, conference shuttles, DC tour groups).

Results

Went from 177 pages to 672 pages in one week (September 2026). Full neighborhood grid: Georgetown / Dupont / Foggy Bottom / Bethesda / Alexandria × wedding shuttle / prom limo / airport transfer / conference / diplomatic. Federal-clean fleet, route-experienced drivers. Same dispatch backbone as UC.

“177 to 672 in 7 days. That’s not a content team — that’s a pipeline. Every page is Hugo-rendered, statically served, and dispatch-ready.”

Philly Charters

Philadelphia + suburbs + Jersey Shore

Challenge

Philly Charters was WordPress-native and slow, competing against a dense pool of Delaware Valley operators who all had faster sites and better local pages. Eagles tailgate weekends and NJ shore summer traffic exposed the origin every time.

Solution

Migrated the entire domain off WordPress onto the Stretch Hugo pipeline. Kept the brand, killed the CMS. Rebuilt with hyperlocal focus — Villanova, Cherry Hill, King of Prussia — and a shared widget that proxies back to the UC intake endpoint.

Results

283 pages, all static, cacheable at the edge. Zero WordPress origin surface to attack. Eagles tailgates, NJ shore party buses, school field trips, weddings up and down the Delaware Valley — all bookable through the same quote engine as UC. Same 24/7 dispatch on the back end.

USBus Trips

Nationwide corridor + tour brand

Challenge

Group bus trip demand is corridor-shaped, not city-shaped. Real shoppers search “charter bus from NY to Boston” or “casino bus from Philly to Atlantic City,” and UC’s city-first URL structure was leaving corridor search invisible.

Solution

Stood up USBus Trips on the Stretch stack with a corridor-first URL model: `charter-bus-from-{origin}-to-{destination}`. Same underlying quote engine and dispatch, but every landing page is written for a specific route pair with realistic mileage, drive time, and stop options.

Results

149 corridor pages live and ranking. Cross-state casino runs, gospel tours, senior groups, sports travel. The URL structure captures the exact search shape long-haul buyers actually type — a niche UC can’t index without cannibalizing its own city pages.

“City-first URLs miss corridor-first buyers. USBus fixes that at the URL layer, no CRM re-architecture required.”

Unlimited ChurchWays

Church group transportation · denomination-aware

Challenge

Faith-based group travel is its own buyer — different vocabulary, different trip patterns, different objection profile. A Baptist youth pastor booking a mission trip does not want a party-bus landing page. UC’s generic surface was pushing them away.

Solution

Built a dedicated vertical brand on the Stretch stack with a denomination × event page grid: Baptist / Methodist / Catholic / Non-denominational × mission trip / youth retreat / choir tour / VBS field trip / summer camp. Faith-appropriate copy, same fleet, same dispatch.

Results

499 pages live covering the full denomination-by-event surface. Congregations across the East Coast now book routinely for Sunday services, retreats, choir tours, conferences and mission trips. The vertical brand converts where UC’s generic pages couldn’t.

“Same fleet, same 24/7 dispatch, but a brand a church board actually trusts to book with.”

Productized WP → Hugo migration · the same pipeline, delivered as a service

Challenge

Small businesses are trapped on WordPress: plugin dependency hell, 2–3 second page loads killing SEO, and Google’s August 2026 spam update actively penalizing WP-heavy sites for scaled-content abuse. Owners want off — but there’s no clear off-ramp that preserves rankings and doesn’t break every URL.

Solution

Productized the exact WP→Hugo migration pipeline that moved UC’s 528K pages. DNS-safe cutover, existing URL structure preserved via 301 map, static-first Hugo build served from the Cloudflare edge, LLM-optimized `llms.txt`, same-team support from the crew that ships 528K pages nightly. Four tiers so a solo shop and an enterprise portfolio both have a real entry point.

Results

Migration platform launched August 2026 and is live. Google Search Console verified, sitemap live at wordpressescape.com/sitemap.xml. Four-tier pricing from DIY through Enterprise ($5K–$100K/yr). Under the hood: the same battle-tested Hugo pipeline that powers UC’s 528K pages across 40K cities — not a demo, not a prototype, the actual production build.
