// stretch quote widget

Add a quote form to your site. In one line.

The <script> tag your competitors are missing. Instant quotes, Turnstile-protected, mobile-optimized, wired to your CRM. Free up to 25 leads per month.

// how it works

Three steps. Total time: under 5 minutes.

Not a form-builder, not a page-builder, not a plugin marketplace. Just a lead-collection widget that talks to a CRM built for transportation operators.

Six things that ship on day one.

Not roadmap items. Not "coming soon". The exact widget we run on every one of our seven customer-facing brand sites, generalized for any transportation operator.

Cloudflare Turnstile, invisible by default. No captcha friction, no "click all the traffic lights". Bots blocked before they hit your CRM.

MB

Mobile-first responsive

Built phone-out. Touch targets sized right, keyboard behaves, no zoom-flash on iOS Safari. Ghost-click guard on modal open (iOS Safari fix).

GM

Google Maps distance calc

Autocomplete on pickup and dropoff, distance and duration calculated live as the user types. Feeds your pricing engine instantly.

VP

Vehicle picker with your fleet

Reads directly from your CRM's vehicle table. Add a party bus, add a coach, add a limo — the widget updates on next page load. No re-deploy.

$

Auto-pricing from your rate card

Distance-based rates, time-of-day multipliers, day-of-week surcharges, seasonal peaks. Configure once in the CRM, widget shows a real number, not "call for quote".

SMS

Lead lands in CRM + fires confirmation

Instant email confirmation to the customer, SMS to your dispatch line (Twilio-wired), lead card created in your CRM. Full round-trip in under 2 seconds.

// why this exists

The story: we needed it, so we shipped it.

Every operator we know has the same "just get me a lead form" problem. We solved it seven times for our own brands before realizing everyone else was still stuck.

Our first brand launched with a WordPress Contact Form 7 embed. It captured a first name, a last name, and a message. That was the whole quote form. Every lead came in with zero context, zero pricing signal, zero routing intent. Our dispatch team spent 15 minutes on every follow-up call just extracting the trip details the form should have collected the first time.

Our second brand launched three months later. We copied the form. Then extended it with a pickup field, a dropoff field, a date picker. Traffic went up. Bot spam started. We added reCAPTCHA v2. Conversion dropped 40% overnight (customers hate clicking traffic lights on a phone). We swapped to hCaptcha. Conversion recovered 20% back. Still hated it. Turnstile hadn't launched yet.

By brand three we had a real distance-based rate engine. The form still didn't know about it. Customers would submit an inquiry from an airport 90 miles from our closest depot and get a "hi thanks we'll be in touch" auto-reply, then never hear from us because dispatch triaged it out. The lead form and the pricing engine lived in different universes.

By brand five we finally built the widget: one JavaScript bundle that lives on all seven brand sites, mounts to a div, reads each brand's pricing rules from a shared CRM, calls Google Maps for distance, wraps submissions in Turnstile, and fires an SMS to dispatch plus an email to the customer inside two seconds. Conversion doubled on every brand it replaced. Bot spam dropped to zero. Dispatch stopped spending 15 minutes extracting trip details on inbound calls.

That's the widget on this page. Same code, same CDN bundle, same CRM contract, generalized so any transportation operator can drop the script tag on their site and get the same result.

// who it's for

Four operator profiles we see every week.

If any of these sound like your operation, the widget will pay for itself the month you install it.

1

Owner-operator, 1 to 5 vehicles

You built the site yourself in WordPress six years ago. The quote form is Contact Form 7. Half the leads never call back because the auto-reply doesn't feel real. Free tier fits perfectly, and 100 leads a month usually covers a 1-to-5 vehicle operation with room to spare.

2

Regional operator, 6 to 25 vehicles

You have a real website but your form was built by a marketing agency in 2021 and hasn't been touched since. It collects leads but doesn't send confirmations, doesn't quote pricing, doesn't work well on phones. Pro tier is the fit, and you'll notice the conversion lift on the very first prom weekend.

3

Multi-brand operator, 25+ vehicles

You run two or three brand names (limo brand, party bus brand, corporate brand) and every site has its own form built by a different vendor. Business tier lets you run one widget with brand-specific styling on each site, feeding one unified CRM behind the scenes.

4

New operator, launching in the next 90 days

You don't have a site yet. Book a demo, join the waitlist, get the widget bundled with your new Hugo-static brand site (via WPEscape). Total launch cost: less than a month of Limo Anywhere, and you're production-ready in under two weeks.

Still on WordPress?

WPEscape migrates you to Hugo static in days, not months. Sub-second TTFB, no plugin bloat, no monthly WP hosting. Then paste our widget on the new site and start collecting quotes the same day.

// frequently asked

Straight answers.

Do I need a Stretch CRM Cloud account?
Yes. The widget is a client for your CRM tenant, so you need a Stretch CRM account. The Free tier ($0/month) includes the widget with a 100 leads/mo soft cap and a small "Powered by Stretch LLC" watermark on the submit confirmation.
Can I customize the styling?
Yes. Pro tier and above unlock brand color overrides, font selection, custom CSS injection and full control over the confirmation message. Free tier ships with our default dark theme, which matches most operator sites out of the box.
Does it work on WordPress?
Yes. Two install paths: (1) paste the one-line script tag in any theme's footer.php or a header widget, works on every WordPress theme with no code edits. (2) Install the Stretch Widget plugin from the WP plugin directory, drops a shortcode and Gutenberg block for placing the widget anywhere. (Better answer: migrate to Hugo first.)
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Turnstile is EU-hosted by Cloudflare, no third-party cookies are set by the widget itself. The only cookie is a first-party lightweight session token to prevent double-submits. Your CRM tenant handles data retention per your own privacy policy.
Can I self-host?
Not currently. The widget is CDN-only (cdn.stretch-llc.com) so we can push security patches and browser-compat fixes without every operator having to redeploy. Enterprise tier customers can request a self-hosted binary bundle on request.
How does the free tier watermark work?
The widget submit confirmation shows a small "Powered by Stretch LLC" line under the success message. That's it. No watermark on the input form itself, no watermark on your outbound quote emails from within the widget flow. Upgrade to Pro to remove entirely.
// ready to install?

60-second signup. Widget live in 5 minutes.

No credit card. Free up to 25 leads per month, forever. First 100 tenants who sign up during the Q4 waitlist window lock lifetime 50% off Pro tier.
