If you're searching for Limo Anywhere alternatives in 2026, you already know the shape of the frustration. The reservation flow works, mostly. Dispatch works, mostly. Invoicing works, mostly. But everything looks and behaves like it was built in 2011 — because a lot of it was. And every meaningful change means a custom integration invoice or a wait behind a thousand other operators.
The good news: 2026 is the year the alternatives finally caught up. Below is a working operator's take on the seven products worth evaluating today, with pricing, best-for, worst-for, and an honest verdict on each. We run one of them (ourselves, transparently), so we tell you exactly where each option wins and where it hurts.
How we picked the shortlist
Depending on how loose you are with what counts as "reservation software," there are 20-plus products chasing this market. For an operator running 5-200 vehicles who wants a shot at scaling without duct-tape, the shortlist is short. We kept a product on the list only if it satisfied three criteria:
- Actively maintained in 2026. No abandoned WordPress plugins, no products whose last release notes were 2021.
- Real production use by real operators. Not a slide-deck-and-a-demo.
- Solves a meaningful chunk of the ops problem. Not a $9/month contact form dressed up as a "booking platform."
Everything below meets that bar.
1. BookItRides
Launched July 24, 2025 by Moses Koktsidis, a 25-year limo operator who dogfoods it on his own regional op (Second Nature Limousine, NW Indiana). Positions as the "online-booking-first" alternative to Limo Anywhere.
Pricing: $149.99 Starter, $199.99 Business, $299.99 Enterprise per month. 14-day free trial. White-glove setup.
Best for: single-brand operators whose primary bottleneck is a bad checkout on their existing site. Modern embeddable widget, transparent pricing, real content marketing (YouTube demos, comparison pages). Built by an actual operator, which shows.
Worst for: multi-brand operations, anyone whose bottleneck is after the booking (dispatch, vendor payouts, invoicing). No full dispatch layer, no vendor portal, no multi-brand white-label. 14 months old at the time of writing — production maturity is still being earned.
Verdict: the strongest new entrant in the category. If you need "fix my checkout" and nothing else, this is the shortlist. If you need dispatch or multi-brand ops, it's not.
2. Livery Coach
One of the longer-running Limo Anywhere alternatives. Focus is on dispatch and operations for mid-to-larger single-brand operators — sedan, SUV, mini-coach fleets.
Pricing: pricing on request (contact sales). Historically enterprise-priced.
Best for: established operators with 25+ vehicles who want a Limo Anywhere alternative that plays in the same weight class. Real dispatch depth, real reporting.
Worst for: price-sensitive smaller operators, anyone wanting a modern consumer-facing booking widget. UI conservative. Setup is a project, not a weekend.
Verdict: credible enterprise-tier competitor to Limo Anywhere. Not a "sign up online today" product — expect a real sales cycle.
3. Ground Alliance
Affiliate-network-first. Think of it as a distribution channel with a booking engine bolted on, rather than a booking engine with distribution bolted on. Popular with operators who work heavily with corporate travel departments and TMCs.
Pricing: pricing on request; affiliate transaction economics.
Best for: operators whose revenue mix is 40%+ affiliate work with TMCs and corporate travel. The network beats the alternatives when this is your channel mix.
Worst for: operators trying to grow direct-booked share. Your own-branded booking flow doesn't feel like a first-class product, and the incentives don't align with yours.
Verdict: only pick this if the affiliate distribution is the reason you're picking it. Otherwise, the direct-booking front door is thinner than the alternatives.
4. Book Rides Online
The lightweight, checkout-widget option. Focuses hard on the one job most operators actually need — a fast, embeddable quote-to-payment flow on the existing website. Doesn't try to replace your CRM or dispatch.
Pricing: starts around $99/month, tier-dependent.
Best for: operators whose back-office works fine and just need the customer-facing front door to look better. Fast install, low commitment.
Worst for: anyone wanting a system of record. It's a widget, not a CRM. You'll be bolting three products together to run the business.
Verdict: honest about its scope, which is refreshing. If "just the widget" is what you need, this is the shortlist. If it isn't, keep reading.
5. LimoExpress
European-headquartered platform popular with airport-transfer specialists and shuttle operators. Newer entrant into the US market, expanding steadily.
Pricing: tiered subscription; pricing on request in the US.
Best for: airport-transfer-heavy operators, especially anyone with a driver-app-first workflow. Multi-language and multi-currency out of the box, which most US-first products handle poorly.
Worst for: US-only party-bus operators. The muscle memory of the product is airport transfers and business travel, not weddings, sweet sixteens, and casino runs.
Verdict: credible if your mix skews airport, corporate or international. Otherwise, other products on this list will feel more native to your job.
6. AllRide Apps
App-development platform rather than a pure SaaS — they build white-labeled driver and rider apps for ride-hailing, ride-sharing, and taxi-like verticals. Some operators use them as a Limo Anywhere alternative when the goal is "our own Uber."
Pricing: project-based build fees plus ongoing hosting/support.
Best for: operators whose growth thesis is a branded app users open weekly (heavy repeat, high frequency). Corporate contracts, recurring shuttles, employee transportation.
Worst for: event-oriented limo/party-bus operators. The install base for a "our own Uber" app dies fast when customers book you twice a year for weddings and proms. You'll spend the app budget acquiring installs you'll never re-use.
Verdict: a specialized fit for a specific model. Wrong tool for most classic limo ops.
7. Stretch LLC (that's us)
Our stack. The theory: the reservation is the easy 15% of the problem. The hard 85% is everything downstream — CRM, dispatch, vendor management, payouts, SEO, brand sites at scale, and an optional 24/7 human desk that answers as your brand while you drive. We built all of it, ran it on seven of our own brands, and productized it.
Pricing: transparent tiers on the pricing page. Starts around $99/month for the assisted tier; ops-in-a-box managed plans price higher.
Best for: multi-brand operators, operators building an acquisition strategy (roll up two or three regional limo companies into one shared ops stack), and anyone whose actual bottleneck is what happens after the booking. Real 24/7 human dispatch as an option (nobody else in this list offers that). Full multi-brand white-label. DOT/freight vertical for anyone in that space.
Worst for: single-brand operators whose only pain is checkout UI. Overkill. Pick BookItRides or Book Rides Online instead — you'll be happier and pay less. Also worst for operators who want a self-serve, "sign up online today, DIY everything" product. Our best fit is operators who want a partner running the ops with them, not around them.
Verdict: we're not the right choice for everyone. If we're the right choice for you, you'll know within a 30-minute demo. If we're not, we'll tell you which of the six above is.

Which alternative should you actually pick?
The right answer depends on which sentence sounds like you.
"My checkout is ugly and I lose bookings." BookItRides or Book Rides Online. Cheapest fix. Don't over-invest before the checkout is right.
"I'm 25+ vehicles, single brand, and I want a Limo Anywhere replacement with more depth." Livery Coach. Real enterprise sales cycle, real enterprise depth.
"I run heavy TMC and corporate-travel affiliate work." Ground Alliance.
"My model is airport transfers or corporate shuttles, multi-language, multi-currency." LimoExpress.
"I want to launch my own branded Uber for a specific corporate contract." AllRide Apps.
"I want to scale from 1 brand to 3 to 7, and the ops behind the booking is what breaks." That's us. Book a demo — 30 minutes on the real production system.
The wrong question is "which reservation software is best?" The right question is "what's the actual thing stopping me from scaling?" Half the time, the answer isn't software at all.
Common gotchas across every product on this list
- Data portability. Ask before you sign. If canceling means losing three years of customer history, you're not a customer — you're a hostage. Every vendor should commit to CSV + SQL exports on 30 days notice.
- Payment processor lock-in. Some products only work with one processor. Some take a percentage of every transaction. Read the payment terms as carefully as the SaaS terms.
- Custom development pricing. Every "yes we can do that" has an invoice attached. Get the hourly rate and typical scope in writing before signing.
- Actual uptime. Ask for a status page URL. If they don't have one, that's the answer.
- Who answers the phone at 2 AM Saturday when dispatch is broken. This is the real test.
Honest closing
Every product on this list solves a real problem for a real operator. There is no universally-best choice — only a best choice for the shape of business you're running today and the shape you want three years out.
If that shape looks like "one operator, tighter margins, better checkout," you have five great options above us.
If that shape looks like "three brands, then five, then ten, without me answering another 2 AM phone call," come talk to us. We'll show you the actual stack running our seven brands, live, in 30 minutes. No slide deck.
