Unlimited Charters has been live since 2016. Today it covers all 50 states, 4,000+ cities, publishes roughly 168,000 indexed pages, and ships 10K+ booked trips. Every piece of the Stretch LLC platform - CRM, quote engine, vendor portal, auto-leads routing, contracts, Fortis payment vault, 24/7 managed dispatch - was proven on this brand first.
In 2016 Unlimited Charters was a growing passenger transportation brand with a nationwide ambition and the usual tooling trap behind it. Lead intake lived in a web form that dumped into email. Quoting was a Google Sheet with per-vehicle base rates and a per-mile multiplier. Dispatch to subcontract carriers happened over SMS. Contracts were PDFs mailed back and forth. Payments were taken over the phone and keyed into a merchant portal by hand.
None of this was unusual. Every operator over about 5 vehicles ends up with some version of this patchwork. The problem is that none of the parts talk to each other, so every new city, every new carrier, every new seasonal spike (prom in April, weddings in June, casino shuttles year-round) means more manual stitching.
The flagship brand hit a specific wall: it wanted to publish city-specific landing pages at scale - every town where someone might search "party bus near me" - and the WordPress install serving the site was crumbling under 500K+ pages. Lighthouse scores collapsed. Yoast became unusable. Backups took 11 hours. Core Web Vitals pushed rankings off the first page.
The decision point was clear. Either buy the three or four best point tools in the industry (CRM, quote engine, dispatch, site builder) and spend forever gluing them together, or build one coherent stack that treats a transportation operator as a first-class entity.
Over the following years every module of what is now Stretch LLC Cloud got built directly against the flagship's workload. If a feature wasn't needed to run Unlimited Charters at scale, it wasn't on the roadmap. If it was, it landed in production the day the flagship needed it.
60-second instant quote with per-vehicle base rates, per-mile pricing tiers, day-of-week multipliers, seasonal surcharges (prom, St. Patrick's Day, NYE), and transparent all-in totals. Embeds anywhere, lives natively on the flagship homepage, and is the same code that every tenant on Stretch Cloud gets.
Every form fill, every phone call, every chat lands as a lead with a scored tier (hot / warm / cold), a timeline, an email history, an SMS history, and a quote history. Reps see one unified pane. Managers see pipeline metrics. The 24/7 dispatch desk sees the operational queue.
At nationwide scale the brand doesn't own every vehicle - it works with a vetted carrier network across 50 states. The vendor portal was the piece no off-the-shelf CRM shipped. Carriers log in, see assigned trips, accept or decline, submit invoices, attach proof-of-delivery, and get paid 7 days before the trip (not net-30 after). This is the single biggest reason the brand holds its carrier network.
Rental agreement generated inline from the trip record, e-signed by the client, counter-signed by the operator, stored immutable. Contracts link to the trip, the quote, the client, and the payment schedule.
Rules-based routing. When a quote converts, the system auto-finds the nearest qualified carrier within radius, SMS/emails them the trip offer, and reassigns on no-response within a configurable window. The flagship uses this to dispatch hundreds of trips per month without a human in the loop until payment time. Learn how auto-leads works →
WordPress couldn't carry 528,315 pages. The flagship migrated the entire site to a Hugo static architecture served out of /static-v5/ with WordPress kept only as the editorial back-end. Core Web Vitals went green. Crawl budget recovered. Indexed page count climbed from a low of ~17,206 back up to ~168,000 (and still climbing).
PCI-safe tokenized card storage, no plaintext PAN on disk, idempotent charge guards against the duplicate-charge bug class, 50% deposit at booking + balance auto-charged 14 days pre-trip.
The vendor portal was the piece we couldn't buy - so we built it. Every brand we add plugs into it on day one.
What this looks like in the open internet, today:
Every operator who signs up at stretch-llc.com/signup/ inherits a product that was shaped by nine years of running a real nationwide passenger transportation business on it. The vendor portal isn't a feature we're planning. It's the feature our dispatch desk opens every morning. The auto-leads router dispatches our own trips. The contract engine signs our own rental agreements.
If a tenant finds a bug, they're reporting a bug in the system we run our business on. That's the moat.
60-second signup, no card. Your CRM on {slug}.stretch-llc.com, quote widget embeds anywhere, 25 leads/month free forever. First 100 tenants: lifetime 50% off Pro.
