// the problem

The phone call is dead. Email is slow. Text is where your clients actually live.

If you’re running a limo or charter operation in 2026 and your primary client-communication channel is a phone call or an email, you’re losing deals you don’t even know about. Industry-wide SMS open rates sit at 98% inside 3 minutes. Phone callbacks hover at 30%. Transactional email opens come in around 22%. The deal happens where the client answers, and the client answers texts.

The usual fix is a Twilio account, a custom script, and a $300/month SimpleTexting subscription with a web app that doesn’t know who your clients are. You end up copying phone numbers from your CRM into a separate inbox, remembering to update both systems when a lead replies, and losing the whole thread when the dispatcher who was texting the client goes on vacation.

Stretch SMS lives inside the CRM. Open a lead, click the SMS tab, pick a template, send. Client replies — the message lands in the lead’s activity feed, visible to every dispatcher. Pickup reminders, “driver is outside” alerts, overtime addendum links, cancellation confirmations — all fire from the same CRM you’re already in.

// how it will work

Six capabilities, one unified inbox.

01

Templates with variables

Pre-built templates for the moves you fire ten times a day: “Hi {{first_name}}, confirming your pickup Sat at {{pickup_time}} from {{pickup_address}}.” Save your own, pick from the shared library.

02

Two-way reply threading

Client replies land in the lead’s activity feed, surfaced in the CRM inbox with a red dot. Any dispatcher can respond — conversation is shared across the whole team, not locked to the dispatcher who started it.

03

Scheduled sends

Fire a “24h before pickup” reminder, a “driver is 15 min out” alert, a “rate your trip” follow-up — all scheduled off the booking record, no manual send.

04

Opt-in management

TCPA-compliant opt-in capture on the quote widget. STOP keyword honored automatically. Opt-in status visible on every lead so you never fire to a client who’s opted out.

05

Vendor SMS alerts

Trip assigned to a vendor fires an SMS to their dispatch line with the pickup detail. Vendor acknowledgment captured. Pairs with the vendor portal for a full accept + confirm loop.

06

Integrated with dispatch board

When a trip flips to “en-route” on the dispatch board, the client gets a “driver is on the way” SMS. When it flips to “arrived” they get a “driver is outside” SMS. Set once, fires on every trip.

// FAQ

Buyer questions, answered.

Who’s the SMS carrier under the hood?
Twilio for US + CA at launch. We handle the Twilio account, 10DLC campaign registration, and A2P brand verification — you don’t touch any of it. On Enterprise we can swap in your existing Twilio or a dedicated short code.
What about TCPA compliance?
Opt-in captured on your quote widget (checkbox + language). STOP / HELP / UNSUB keywords honored automatically. Opt-out status surfaced on every lead so dispatchers never fire to an opted-out client. Full audit trail on every send.
Can I text my vendors too?
Yes — vendor numbers live in your vendor portal profiles. Pickup confirmations fire to the vendor’s dispatch line automatically when auto-leads routes a trip. Pairs with the vendor portal for a complete loop.
When does the production version ship?
Q4 2026. The preview mock in the CRM shows the exact UI; the production engine is in build against our own fleet right now. Growth subscribers get first access and will be moved onto production automatically.
Will SMS replace my phone system?
No — it’s a complement, not a replacement. Most of our seven brands run a combo of inbound calls (routed to the dispatcher), SMS (for confirmations and quick responses), and email (for contracts and receipts). SMS covers the gap where a phone call is overkill but email is too slow.
