Hourly minimums, airport curb timing, VIP repeat clients, insurance-cert renewals, Fortune-500 corporate accounts. We built Stretch on seven of our own transportation brands — the limo-side defaults are tuned by operators, not SaaS PMs. Start free, keep your phone number, keep your brand.
Every “transportation CRM” on the market treats a limo job the same as a party bus the same as a corporate shuttle. In the real world they aren't. A limo company's P&L lives and dies on hourly minimums enforced against the clock, not the trip. When a bride asks for “just one quick stop at the florist” and that stop runs 40 minutes into your 3-hour minimum — the right software bills it. The wrong one lets your driver eat the time and your margin bleeds.
Airport runs are their own operational animal. You're quoting flat rates on arrivals that get delayed four times, pickups that happen curbside at terminals where the TSA will tow a sedan sitting empty for more than 90 seconds, and clients who will absolutely blame you for a missed meeting if their flight landed in a different concourse than scheduled. You need flight-delay monitoring, cell-phone-lot staging, meet-and-greet logistics, and the quote math has to account for wait time that didn't exist when the trip was booked. Most CRMs just show you a form field for “flight number.”
Then there's the insurance-cert and licensing surface. Every corporate client wants a current Certificate of Insurance naming them additional insured, your TLC/PUC medallions tracked, your drivers' CDL class and chauffeur endorsements on file, your Fortis / Zeamster merchant account PCI-current. Miss one renewal and you lose a $40K/yr corporate account. Most CRMs don't even model this — they expect you to track it in a spreadsheet.
And finally the money. A limo operator's revenue is lumpy — a $280 one-way airport pickup on Monday and a $2,400 wedding transfer on Saturday both have to land in the same QuickBooks, both have to be charged on cards you captured at booking (not emailed PDFs the client forgot to pay), both have to show up correctly on a 1099 at year-end for your IC drivers. That's not a nice-to-have. That's whether you make rent.
Not an exhaustive feature list — the five we hear limo operators cite as the reason they stay.
Embed the booking widget on your WordPress / Wix / Squarespace site in one line. Airport-pickup pricing (flat + wait time) and hourly-with-minimum pricing (3hr / 4hr defaults) ship pre-configured. Every submission lands in the CRM.
See the quote widget →Auto-text the driver 24 hours out and the client when their driver is 10 minutes from the curb. The single highest-leverage thing a limo operator can add — cuts no-shows and “where is my car” calls by double digits.
See SMS features →Three-hour minimum, deposit-non-refundable, no-smoking, driver-gratuity-included (or not). All in a signed contract the client e-signs on their phone before the deposit charges. No more “I didn't agree to that” chargebacks.
See contracts →Prom Saturday hits and you need four more sedans you don't own. Invite subcontract carriers into the vendor portal, farm out the overflow, pay them 7 days before the trip. They don't see your margins, they just see jobs they can accept.
See vendor portal →Every vehicle gets its own compliance record: inspection date, insurance policy, DOT number if applicable, Certificate of Insurance renewal reminder 30/60/90 days out. Corporate clients ask for the COI — you have it in one click.
See fleet management →Your limo brand on your domain. Not yourcompany.limoanywhere.com, not a Stretch subdomain. Your booking.yourbrand.com with your SSL cert, your logo, your footer. Lifts conversion measurably.
See custom domain →End-to-end: from the moment a corporate assistant hits your contact form Tuesday morning to the moment the driver gets paid Friday after the Thursday-night pickup.
Corporate assistant books 7:30pm EWR pickup via the widget. Flight #, meet & greet, Lincoln MKT.
Flat EWR + 1hr wait buffer auto-calculated. Quote email fires in 60s with signable link.
Client signs on phone, 50% deposit charges to card on file, receipt + confirmation fire.
Auto-dispatch to Driver #3 (he owns EWR). SMS 24hr out, SMS 1hr out, SMS at pickup.
Flight delays 47min. Dispatch board auto-updates driver ETA to curb, no scramble.
Remaining balance + 20% gratuity auto-charges. Review request fires at 6am next day.
Owner-operators with 1-3 sedans run comfortably on Pro ($99/mo) — custom domain, contracts, per-day-of-week pricing all unlock. But most limo companies past three vehicles end up on Growth ($189/mo) because the vendor portal is the thing. Prom season, wedding Saturdays, big corporate events — you're always short on cars. Growth lets you farm overflow to subcontract limo partners without them seeing your margins, and lets you send SMS to clients + drivers (which cuts no-shows meaningfully). Scale ($489/mo) only makes sense once you're past 25 vehicles and want the dedicated Fortis merchant.
